We guarantee that products you order from us will be free of defects. In the rare instances that one of our products arrives and is defective, and you notify us within twenty working days, we will credit or replace any problem merchandise.
Along with your price quote or order, you will receive a commitment as to how many business days your order will take to produce and how many business days it will take to get from the factory to your stated destination. This guarantee always depends upon the stock availability when the order is placed. If stock is no longer available within your required time frame, we will make every effort to find a suitable replacement or credit your charge.
You will receive a free proof showing how your logo will appear on the product. The actual product imprint will conform closely to the digital representation.
